Review

Our bazaar lead Razan Kesbeh reviews every application. Decisions sent within 3 weeks. If we need a taste test, we'll ask.

Contract & permits

We handle fair-side permits. You handle food handler certificates, business license, COI. We walk you through it.

Set up & sell

Load-in Thursday June 18. Dry runs Friday morning. Gates open Friday 4 PM. Let it rip.

Full kitchen

Mezze, tagine, mandi, koshari, shawarma — restaurants or caterers serving complete meals from a 10x20 stall with full prep & cook setup.

Knafeh, baklava, kunafa, ma'amoul, halawet el jibn, kaak — bakers and dessert shops with 10x10 display + serve stalls.

Drinks & coffee

Arabic coffee, Turkish coffee, karak, mint lemonade, fresh-pressed juice, jallab, tamr hindi. Roasters also welcome.

Jewelry, ceramics, textiles, leather, calligraphy, candles, ouds, cosmetics, prayer goods. Artists and makers only — no re-sellers.

Modern kaftans, keffiyehs, embroidered thobes, abayas, streetwear with MENA identity, handmade scarves and wraps.
